Shonté N. Fuller
Shonté N. Fuller was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on May 15, 1992, through Delta Eta Chapter at the campus of California State University, Long Beach. A current member of Lambda Pi Zeta Chapter (Carson/South Bay, California), Soror Fuller currently serves as the chapter’s Zeta Amicae Co-Sponsor.
Soror Fuller credits her parents for instilling the importance and value in serving others through community service endeavors.
Soror Fuller is Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) Certified and a Life Member who has enthusiastically served on all levels of the Sorority in elected and appointed positions. Positions held include California State Corresponding Secretary, the first Pacific Region Undergraduate Member-at-Large, the first Pacific Region Reclamation & Incentive Coordinator, National Graduate Member-at-Large, and National Co-Director of Honorary Members.
On August 9, 2022, Dr. Stacie NC Grant, 26th International President & CEO of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, appointed Soror Fuller as Pacific Regional Director.
Soror Fuller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Consumer Affairs from California State University, Long Beach, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Architecture and Design Professional Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She is currently employed within the aerospace industry and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Community and professional memberships include The Links, Incorporated, Order of the Eastern Star (P.H.R.A.), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
